Is a small family family run business specialising only on properties in Pernera Resort.
Originally we concentrated only on villa rentals but over the last 3 years at a request from Blue Spice Complex in Pernera we now manage their apartments also.
All of our properties have fantastic locations right in the heart of the resort so there is no necessity of having your own hire car although we do offer both hire car with free airport transfer or transfer only.
We very much cater for families or more mature guests, we do not encourage groups of young people as it is not in keeping with the nature of Pernera (Family Oriented), the complex where our villas are located and generally for the benefit of all our guests, as younger guests have in the past tended to be more boisterous.
The benefit of our Blue Spice arrangement is, not only do we now offer superb apartment locations, we can also offer our guests A la carte breakfast and evening meal options as well as offering the same A La carte options to our villa guests as all our properties are in very close proximity to Blue Spice.
It now means we can offer excellent deals with real fantastic meal options with real restaurant A La Carte menus for both breakfast and evening meals at a cost equivalent or less than supposedly high star hotels on half board or full board.
Anyone having experienced the restaurant at Blue Spice will appreciate what a superb offer this is.
We can also cater for those special occasions. Wedding receptions, Anniversaries and Birthdays.
Many of our guests now return every year giving us confidence and satisfaction that we are giving them the service and value they have the right to expect from their holiday.
Our new website gives our guests a much more interactive way of viewing our properties and locations through the use of Google Map and Satellite .
We also encourage our guests to share their experiences using our Blog, Guest Book and Facebook facilities.
